Oh deary me!!!!!!

Yesterday Paul finished the remaining "double glazing units" so that is that job out of the way. The kitchen window didn't turn out exactly as planned but it will do until the mark 2 version is done.
Today Paul has gone back to the dentist, one of his teeth that was filled has been giving him so much grief that he has been up in the night for the past week to take pain killers. Now this tooth only causes agro if he eats or drinks hot food which kinda covers everything. So he couldn't stand it any longer so rang for an emergency appointment and then booked a taxi for the round trip to Daventry. No we haven't won the lottery but bugger the expense when you are in agony. As I write this Crystal is in the cratch kicking up a fuss as she saw her dad go off without her and that just isn't on! Suppose I will have to put up with the whining and crying until he gets back.
Had a message from Waterscape to say that the lift bridge in Banbury is being sorted out next week work starts Monday morning and finishes Wednesday afternoon so that slows us up some what. Now we will have to plan to get there for Thursday, stop get some shopping and then carry on. We know Gosty is due here tomorrow so we can either stay put till after the weekend and then have a meander until Thursday or stay here till Wednesday and then move depends really on how Paul feels.
Not much traffic today there have been plenty of boats to-ing and fro-ing and we have had a chance to chat to the various people who have moored by us.
Now what do you think of this then must be the first time that my sausage toad has actually looked like this I was really impressed and yes there are sausages in there somewhere. Thank you Gordon Ramsey for a yorkshire pudding recipe that actually rises, and it tasted good as well. Okay I know its sad to photo your sausage toad but I just couldn't believe it and Paul had to take the picture just to prove that I can get something right for a change.

Awww, poor old thing, lets hope that this is the final visit to the dentist. Hope Paul was able to partake of the lovely toad-in-the hole and not have to just look at the picture of it and drool!
