Not much to report.

The weekend passed uneventful, every day we have woken to a frozen canal but with sunshine all day it hasn't taken long for it to thaw. Needless to say the gear box oil still needs to be changed but Paul has told me that tomorrow is the day for this job. Think it has taken him this long to get over having visitors and the fact that it has been a bit on the chilly side, why am I making excuses for him! So we will see whether the oil gets done or not. At least while we are here we can dispose of the oil in the marina.
Today saw us on the bus to Daventry to start on the top up before we move off this Thursday. Didn't take too long and we were back on the bus to Braunston. Caught the 72 and 5 minutes into the journey and the bus broke down someone had forgotten to check the water in the radiator and the engine overheated, so all of us passengers got off and waited for the Geoff Amos to come along. Every one including the Amos driver had a chuckle when we all piled onto the bus. So that was our moment of excitement for the day. Not that we want too much excitement at our age.
