Well what can I say about this lovely weather except , let it last a long time. Eric and Sandy came to see us yesterday before they set off for Wales it was an emotional goodbye as Eric is nearly 80 and Paul will not get on a plane so it will probably be the last time they see one another in person. All I can say is thank goodness for Skype.

Shopping was done, dog food bought and of course Paul had to have one last trip to Wickes for a bit of trim for the bathroom and kitchen.
This morning washing was put on then it was up to the water point for a top up then on our way to Hillmorton. It was so lovely on the back of the boat with the sun in our faces and a bit of a breeze blowing through our hair, well for me it was for Paul it kept his scalp cool!!!!! When we got to Clifton Cruisers we caught up with Gill and Geoff nb Petroc had a nice chat with them, was good to see you again guys.
We are now moored up again and the poles have been painted.

Not too sure whether any colour will be put on, have to let this coat dry thoroughly first.
Think tomorrow will see a window coming out and the inside cill varnished you never know may be two will get done.
I am so glad I never got round to putting the summer gear away think there is a few more days wear out of it yet.
