For once Paul enjoyed his journey this morning he now goes at a steady pace not 90 miles an hour as he did before. Lots of boat traffic about taking advantage of the sunshine no doubt.

Pauls £30 bike is beginning to get expensive not only have we had to fork out for a new set of pedal, a pump and a puncture repair outfit he now wants a NEW rear tyre as the bike keeps stepping out on the slippy mud. This is because Paul has worn out the tread already so the cycle man is due a visit soon.
