Bit Breezy

Last night was a bit on the blustery side with plenty of rain too so at least the roof had a wash down. Paul has had an Eureka moment when he suddenly fathomned out how he would mount the solar panel on the boat will be intersting to see if his idea works. So he doesnt forget he has had to do himself a drawing senior moment or what!!!! Of course the panel may not turn up tomorrow he will be really dissapointed if it doesnt. From my vantage point on the boat it looks lovely outside clear blue sky bit of a breeze, but when I took the dogs out it was absolutely freezing the wind has a real bite lets hope it doesnt snow.
There hasnt been much traffic here as Copper Mill Lock is shut until the 30th and then Denham is shut from 9th till 27th so our plan is to leave here around the 5th to make our way up towards Braunston. At the moment we are waiting for a letter from the doctor for Paul just hope it turns up before the 5th dont fancy staying here any longer than is necessary. Just want to be back on the Oxford again.
