You may remember Paul made the beds higher by 5 inches with a metre long boxing to accommodate the DX coils for the heating, as we had no wall space to put a radiator. Today was the day he decided to tackle his alternative to radiators. This meant he was working in a confined area and needless to say during the measuring up of the pipe work frustrations were flared. After much ado of measuring, the pipe was all cut and fitted dry jointed before the final soldering. The working plank was put to good use yet again on the back of the boat.

It was decided to fit the one linked to the central heating first (under my bed), and everything went according to plan as Paul had already fitted ball valves to the system ready to accept these coils.
The air was bled out of the system and the central heating fired up, within minutes the heating coil was throwing out much needed BTu’s. It is Pauls side to be installed tomorrow this is already prepared and will be in the engine cooling system. Paul has then got to find something he can use or modify so the pipe work is covered. Something similar to a radiator cover.
Here is my Christmas present such a lovely book.

We were bought the same book & yes it is a great book!
I wish I had a 'man what does' don't complain too much or you may end up with one like mine that can but doesn't. Especially if pushed. Ho hum.
Still waiting for indoor loo. 6 years and counting. Only needs one small part fitting, and he bought that in the Autumn ...
